Show information registered in the form

In the formican form builder and in the submissions section, the information recorded in the form or forms will be visible and can be edited if needed. According to the conditions of each form and each collection that uses the formican online form builder, special capabilities have been placed to display the information of the form, which we will examine each of them in the following.

In the submissions section, by default, the way to display information is on the "row display" mode, where some information related to each form will be visible.
Note: The information recorded in the form can be printed only in this mode.
The information of each line is related to a registered form and the title of the display content is located in the upper part of each column. If it is necessary to display more information in this mode or even if some titles are not displayed, by clicking on the settings icon and selecting the "table setting" option, you can change the displayed and hidden information to another box by clicking on the corresponding option. Also, for the display order of the titles, you can replace each option with its upper and lower options.

Display in Kanban board

Kanban Board Illustrates the display of some information recorded in the form based on one of the "radio button" or "picklist" fields.
In the sent menu, by clicking on the icon of how to display and selecting the option "Display in Kanban Board", the Kanban Board setting page will open. On this page, you must first click "Select List" and as it was said, one of the "Radio Button" fields " or "selected list" choose from among the fields in the list.
After selecting the desired field, the options of that field will be displayed under the column title, which must be selected to be placed as any column or list. As it is clear in the picture, you can choose a maximum of 6 columns. Each of the columns can be moved, just move them with the marked sign.
In the following, all the fields of the form are in the "Title of cards" list, you must select one of them so that the information recorded in that field is placed in the "Title of the card" section. In the "Choose the text of the cards" list, which includes all the fields of the form, you must select a field so that the information of that field is displayed in the text of the cards.

After confirmation, the columns are placed on the page, where there are cards in each column, and the title and text of each one will be visible. In this way, the recorded information is categorized and displayed. Each column can be scrolled so that the cards below can also be visited.
To make changes in Kanban display settings, you can also click on the settings icon and apply the changes.

By clicking on each card, you can see all the information recorded in the form entered by the same registrant.

If you need to edit the information recorded in the form, you can apply the changes by clicking on the edit icon on the card.

If the edit is only related to the field selected as a column, you can drag the card and place it in the desired column. In this case, the editing will be done automatically.

Display with quick editing

By choosing this option, the settings window related to this option will open, where you must specify the title of the card and its text.

After confirmation, cards will be displayed on the right side of the image, and by clicking on each one, the form will be displayed on the left side of the image so that it can be edited.

Display in calendar

To select this option to display the recorded information, the date and time fields must be in the form so that the named fields are selected in the settings of this option. After that, a field for the title should be selected and finally the calendar should be specified based on the solar or the Gregorian calendar.

After confirmation, the information in the calendar page and the specified title field are located at the specified time and date. The time and date displayed by the registrant is entered in the form and is not the time of data registration. You can also adjust the display calendar based on day, week, and month, and if needed, drag and drop the titles to another part of the calendar and actually edit them.
