quick guide on how to create a form in form builder
To design an online form, go to the form design menu after entering the user panel.
Next, click on the button Create a new form and on the page that opens, you can create a form in two ways.
The first mode is to use the pre-designed forms, by selecting each one, you can edit its fields. or select "Empty form" to design the form from scratch based on your organizational criteria.
If you choose the blank form option, you will be asked to choose one of the "Classic" or "Linear or Stepped" modes Select b>.

There are two categories of fields in the form builder system Basic fields: All basic fields for form design are located in this section. Advanced fields: fields with features and tools for advanced designs.
Remove the desired fields and drop them in the form
By clicking on each field, you can see the field settings and apply the field name and other required settings for the field.
After finishing the work, click on the save button to save the designed form (note that you can only put 15 panel fields in the form in free plans)
In the subscription tab and form link menu, you should specify how you intend to subscribe to the form. If you want to publish the form everywhere, select the option "The form can be published everywhere" and copy and send the link created below.
If you want to publish only on your siteSelect the option "Show the form only on the specified site" and enter the address of the relevant site in the specified field in the specified format. You can add more sites to the list and delete each one if needed. did Note that if you choose to share the form on the site, it will not be possible to display the form anywhere other than the specified site.
