For chat settings, first log in to your account. In the menu on the right, select the online chat option. A menu will open where you have to enter the title and description so that when the person filling in clicks on the chat icon at the top of the page, he will be faced with this title and description as shown in the photo below. On the right side of the image, the menu will be visible, and the fields you see on the other side of the image are related to the basic settings menu. You have already entered the values ​​for the title and description, which you can change again if you want. The field specifies whether the chat language is Farsi or English. If English language is selected, messages and default parts of the program will be displayed in English. The position field specifies the position of the chat on the right or left side.

In the operators menu, you can select a person or people from among the operators that you have previously added from the users menu and add them to the list of operators so that they can answer the questions of the registrants of the form.
